The Third Goal challenges us to tell our stories, but knowing how to shape those raw memories into a structured, engaging narrative that resonates with people back home isn't easy.

This interactive session gives you the exact framework to turn your raw anecdotes into stories people, especially your friends and family, love to read and hear.

How the two hours work

A simple path from "I have a story" to "I told it out loud."

Led by professional storyteller and writing coach Paulette Perhach, the session moves in three parts — presentation, individual writing time, and a live share.

Paulette Perhach (RPCV Paraguay) is a professional storyteller. Her work has been published in the New York Times, Elle, Slate, Cosmopolitan, and Marie Claire.
During her time as a Peace Corps volunteer, Perhach produced an educational podcast that garnered more than 40,000 downloads and created a Facebook community of 8,000. In 2015 she created the Writer’s Welcome Kit, an online course for writers.
Her work can be found in this year’s anthology of Best Women’s Travel Writing.
